6X "Laelia" - Prosecco D.O.C. Rosé Millesimato Brut
A delightful sparkling wine that is fresh and lively on the palate, a Millesimato with a pale yet brilliant pink colour, well-structured and lingering, made from Glera grapes with 10% Pinot Nero. The base wines are obtained from grapes which are cryomacerated according to the Gianfranco Follador Method® with fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The Pinot Nero is produced using “on-the-skins” vinification in accordance with the regulations. Secondary fermentation takes place in autoclaves with the Martinotti-Charmat method with steady fermentation and at least two months on the yeasts at 0°. It has an intense aroma of fruit, especially apple and white peach, with pleasant notes of red fruits, blackberries, wild strawberries and blackcurrants. It is an excellent accompaniment to any aperitif and interesting when paired with sliced meats, cured meats in general and mature cheeses.

The grapes undergo a process of cryomaceration to ensure the product retains the maximum possible freshness and finesse. 6x Cabernet riserva, Montello - Colli Asolani DOC
6 bottles 750 ml The grapes for this magnificent Cabernet Sauvignon come from vineyards situated on the Montello, an area renowned for high-quality red wines thanks to the composition of the area'.s typical red soil. The bunches are harvested by hand and left to wither for around 20 days. This is followed by the classic "on-the-skins". vinification and a subsequent maceration for approx. 15 days. This is then followed by the fermentation, the wine is then aged in French barriques for a period of 18 months before a final 12 months in the bottle. A rich bouquet with notes of bilberry, black cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant jams, vanilla, tobacco, cocoa and coffee. Slightly spicy with a final balsamic note. Perfect with red meats, game, blue and mature cheeses, excellent with dark chocolate.
