Joani Spumante Millesimato Extra Dry
Produced using grapes from the Montello hills, the homeland of nonno Giovanni, known as "Joani" to everyone. This elegant, sapid and richly fragrant spumante is dedicated to him and his land. Bright straw yellow in colour with an extra fine, persistent bead. An elegant, rich, harmonious fragrance with intense notes of apricot and wisteria and acacia flowers. On the palate it has a balanced acidity, it is sapid, full and has a dry finish. Pairs excellently with first courses, white meats and fish dishes.
Kleofe Millesimato Extra Brut
Kleofe is a new, elegant Extra Brut in the name of a great family tradition, the history of which spans several generations. We decided to dedicate this spumante to nonna Cleofe, the mother of the founder, Gianfranco Follador. We pay tribute to her by giving this dry, irresistible millesimato her name. straw yellow in colour, a fine, persistent bead, and notes of rose, wisteria, white peach and pear.
Refermented in bottle
Wine produced from glera grapes and with a spontaneous second fermentation in the bottle. Visually it appears slightly opaque. on the nose it offers notes of bread crust and flowers. On the palate it is dry and irresistible. A rustic wine prepared according to centuries old traditions, suitable for cold plates of high-quality salamis, medium to mature cheeses as well as fish and shellfish dishes.
A young red wine produced using varietal Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Produced using the classic "on-the-skins" vinification at a temperature of 25-28°C, followed by approx 12 days of maceration to obtain this wonderful vivid red wine. The intense bouquet is overflowing with aromas, in particular fruits of the forest such as raspberry, blackberry, fern and marasca cherry. Well-balanced and fresh on the palate, the perfect accompaniment for red meats and mature cheeses.
