Refermented in bottle
Wine produced from glera grapes and with a spontaneous second fermentation in the bottle. Visually it appears slightly opaque. on the nose it offers notes of bread crust and flowers. On the palate it is dry and irresistible. A rustic wine prepared according to centuries old traditions, suitable for cold plates of high-quality salamis, medium to mature cheeses as well as fish and shellfish dishes.
The grapes undergo a process of cryomaceration to ensure the product retains the maximum possible freshness and finesse. Straw yellow in colour with lime green reflections, distinguished by its characteristic bouquet of green apple and acacia and wisteria flowers. A full body and sapidity in perfect harmony. Perfect throughout a meal of light dishes, also goes well with mild and medium mature cheeses.
The varietal grapes of this Chardonnay come from company-owned vineyards on the Montello. The intense bouquet of ripe fruit has notes of thyme with hints of apple and apricot, on the palate it is full-bodied and harmonious making this wine ideal for all types of first and second courses, particularly white meats and fish dishes as well as medium to mature cheeses.
Produced using Trebbiano di Lugana grapes from vineyards in the southern area of Lake Garda. Straw yellow in colour with lime green reflections. Medium-bodied but fresh with a delicately fruity and soft bouquet. Ideal with fish and rice dishes as well as with starters and first courses in general.
A sweet wine produced using white grapes from Veneto, yellow ochre in colour with a rich bouquet of candied fruit, apricot, raisins, vanilla and orange blossom. A mellow sweetness on the palate balances well with the varietal freshness that gives it elegance and longevity. Perfect with dry pastries, blue and medium to mature cheeses combined with sweet conserves and honey.
