Produced using grapes from the Montello hills, the homeland of nonno Giovanni, known as "Joani" to everyone. This elegant, sapid and richly fragrant spumante is dedicated to him and his land. Bright straw yellow in colour with an extra fine, persistent bead. An elegant, rich, harmonious fragrance with intense notes of apricot and wisteria and acacia flowers.
On the palate it has a balanced acidity, it is sapid, full and has a dry finish. Pairs excellently with first courses, white meats and fish dishes.
