Today, the new generation continues this incredible legacy, confirming the Follador name as one of the main players and ambassadors in maintaining the values of a unique territory: Conegliano Valdobbiadene. It is therefore our intention to mark these 250 years of history with this prestigious Valdobbiadene Superiore Millesimato Brut.
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Magnum Extra Dry
This elegant Millesimato has resulted from the combination of a passion for wine and the pride of belonging to the historical area of Valdobbiadene. Typically bright straw yellow in colour with lime green reflections, the bead is fine and persistent. Fruity with clear notes of golden delicious apple, peach and pear, with a floral hint of wisteria. A full and pleasant fragrance with a refined balance of flavours. The aperitif par excellence. Ideal for fish and shellfish dishes as well as following a meal with biscuits.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Magnum Cru Torri di Credazzo
The grapes of this Cru, the crown jewel of the Superiore category, come from family-owned vineyards situated in the "Torri di Credazzo" area from which the wine takes its name. The long charmat method offers a consistent quality able to please even the fussiest of palates. Bright straw yellow in colour with lime green reflections. A find bead, elegant on the nose with hints of apple, peach and rose petals. Perfect as an aperitif and with fish and shellfish first courses.
Prosecco D.O.C. Magnum Treviso Extra Dry
This refined spumante is authenticity and elegance personified. Bright straw yellow in colour with an extra fine bead. A fine and delicate effervescence. A wonderful bouquet with clear fruity and floral notes with a prevalence of green apple and hints of acacia and jasmine. On the palate it is fresh, well-structured and is pleasantly persistent. Perfect as an aperitif and with fish, shellfish or other kinds of first courses.
Prosecco D.O.C. Magnum Treviso Brut

Prosecco D.O.C. Magnum Treviso Azzurra Dry
A noble spumante. This wine is the perfect expression of the typical aromas and rich olfactory sensations of Prosecco. Bright straw yellow in colour with lime green reflections. A smooth effervescence and fine bead. A delicate bouquet on the nose with intense hints of green apple and fresh flowers. Medium sweet and well-structured, pleasant and harmonious on the palate with a dry finish. Ideal as an aperitif and partners well with desserts and nuts.
Cabernet riserva, Montello - Colli Asolani DOC Magnum
The grapes for this magnificent Cabernet Sauvignon come from vineyards situated on the Montello, an area renowned for high-quality red wines thanks to the composition of the area'.s typical red soil. The bunches are harvested by hand and left to wither for around 20 days. This is followed by the classic "on-the-skins". vinification and a subsequent maceration for approx. 15 days. This is then followed by the fermentation, the wine is then aged in French barriques for a period of 18 months before a final 12 months in the bottle. A rich bouquet with notes of bilberry, black cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant jams, vanilla, tobacco, cocoa and coffee. Slightly spicy with a final balsamic note. Perfect with red meats, game, blue and mature cheeses, excellent with dark chocolate. The Magnum comes in a wooden box customised with the Ca' dei Noni logo.
