Clearly distinguishable are notes of green apple, peach and apricot with a final flourish of acacia and rose flowers. Well-structured on the palate with an extraordinary combination of freshness and sapidity. Ideal as an aperitif, goes well with light first and second courses, white meats, vegetables, fish and shellfish dishes.
