A young red wine produced using varietal Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Produced using the classic ".on-the-skins". vinification at a temperature of 25-28°.C, followed by approx. 12 days of maceration to obtain this wonderful vivid red wine. The intense bouquet is overflowing with aromas, in particular fruits of the forest such as raspberry, blackberry, fern and marasca cherry. Well-balanced and fresh on the palate, the perfect accompaniment for red meats and mature cheeses.
