Snc, proprietor of the domain names www.folladorprosecco.com and www.cadeinoni.com, with registered office in Via Gravette 42 - 31010 Col San Martino (TV) Italy, hereinafter referred to as the “Company", in its capacity as Data Controller, is required to provide information on the use of personal data and cookies.

This Privacy Policy applies to the online activities of this website only and is valid for visitors/users/buyers who may hereinafter be referred to simply as “data subjects”. It does not apply to any information collected through channels other than this website.

The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to ensure complete transparency as regards the information collected through the website and how it is used.

Legal basis of the processing

By using or accessing this website, visitors and users explicitly agree to this Privacy Policy and authorise the processing of their personal data with the methods and for the purposes described hereunder, including disclosure to third parties, should this be necessary, to process requests or purchase orders.

Giving consent to collect and process personal data is optional, and users may refuse or withdraw consent previously given at any time (by writing to the email address info@folladorprosecco.com). Denying consent, however, may make it impossible to provide some services or process purchase orders and may interfere with the browsing experience.
In any case, users are free to provide their personal data to the Company.
As of 25 May 2018 (date on which the GDPR came into force), this site will process some of the data according to the legitimate interests of the Data Controller.

Type of data processed

This website uses common and anonymous data. In particular, it uses log files for the computerised collection of data when users visit the web pages of the website. The following information is collected: internet protocol address (IP); type of browser and parameters of the device used to connect to the website; name of the internet service provider (ISP); date and time of the visit; web page from where the request originated (referral) and exit page; country of origin; number of clicks; the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the user’s operating system and IT environment. The above data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to ensure it runs efficiently. Data may be used to ascertain liability in the case of hypothetical IT crimes against the website at the exclusive request of the authorities.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of requests for information, even by email, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s email address which is needed to reply to any enquires or process orders, as well as
any other personal information that may be contained in the message.

Methods of collection and use of the data

a. Order: the Company collects and processes customer data to process purchase orders, address any claims that may be lodged after purchase and provide customers with the available services. These data are needed to manage orders, also with business partners (for example logistics companies, couriers, banks). It is essential to enter a correct delivery address when ordering items. A telephone number is just as important so the Company can contact customers should it have any questions or need any clarification. Lastly, the email address is necessary for the Company to notify the customer when it has received the order and for any other communications.

b. Customer data: data regarding customer orders are saved in the Company’s system but cannot be freely accessed for security reasons.

Purpose of the processing and retention of the data

Data are processed for the following purposes:

  • exclusively in aggregate and anonymous form to verify the website works correctly. None of these data are related to the physical person-user of the website, nor do they permit in any way identification (from 25 May 2018 this information will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the Data Controller);

  • for security purposes (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), data that are automatically recorded may also include personal data such as the IP address that may be used, in accordance with applicable laws, to block attempts to damage the website or harm other users, or in any case to prevent criminal and other harmful activities. These data are never used to identify the user or for profiling purposes, nor crossed-referenced with other data nor supplied to third parties, but only used to protect the website and its users (from 25 May 2018 this data will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the Data Controller);

  • for commercial and contractual purposes and to consequently fulfil legal and contractual obligations arising from the online purchase of products on the website, as well as to effectively manage business relations. Your personal data will be processed solely to carry out all the activities that are inherent and instrumental in correctly managing and performing fiscal and accounting obligations when managing and performing any contracts, administration and management of payments;

  • for techniques necessary for the survival of the website.

The data received will be used exclusively to process purchase orders or provide the service requested and only for the period of time required to provide the service. Please note that when users visit the www.folladorprosecco.com and www.cadeinoni.com
websites, some data are collected and saved. The domain name or IP address of the computer used to access the site are saved temporarily for security reasons. Other data, such as the date of access, the response code and the amount of data (bytes) transmitted may also be saved. Data are analysed in strictly anonymous form. This allows the Company to adapt the information in its offers to the interests of the subscribers of its newsletter which is sent as follows: customers only receive the newsletter if they click on the link in the informative email to confirm activation of the newsletter service.

Users are responsible for ascertaining they are authorised to enter third-party data or contents subject to national and international laws.
The data collected by the website are used exclusively for the purposes indicated above and will be retained only for the time strictly necessary to carry out the activities specified.

The personal data collected by the website will in any case not be disclosed to third parties for any reason whatsoever, other than in the case of a legitimate request from a judicial authority and only in the cases set forth by law. Personal data may, however, be disclosed to third parties when this is necessary to provide a specific service requested by the user or to perform security checks or optimise the website.
